    I have lived in Macomb County most of my life. I graduated from L'Anse Cruise Schools and pursued my higher education at Ferris State University, and ended my college career at Northwood University from which I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Marketing/Management. I have worked for Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep since 1990 as a salesperson and was promoted to New Car Sales Manager. I have three beautiful daughters, Erica, Courtney, and Brooke. When I am not at work, you can find me up north at my property. I am an avid hunter so during the fall my only past time is deer hunting. I have seen the dealership come a very long way. When I first started as Sales Manager, we did 35-40 cars a month. Our first milestone was to do over 100 cars and now we are way over that. We have a well rounded sales staff.     My name is Augustino (Augie) Giordano. I have been with Richmond Chrysler since 1998. I have basically "grown up" in my professional career at this dealership. In 1998, I started in the New/Used Car Sales Department as a salesperson, within eighteen months I was promoted to the position of Finance Manager where I spent the next five years. During my tenure as Finance Manager I really enjoyed the daily interaction with our clients. I was able to develop not only a good sales relationship with our clients, but in many cases good friendships that continue to this day. In 2004, I was asked to perform the job of Assistant New Car Manager which was required due to our increased sales volume. I grew up in St. Clair Shores and am a graduate of Lake Shore High School. During high school I was very active in sports; by the time I graduated I earned twelve varsity letters in various sports. I continued my education and my love of football at Adrian College. In 2000 I was married to my wonderful wife, soon our five year plan for children turned into a five month plan. I now have a fabulous son and daughter which I rush home after work to see. I spend all of my free time with my family; I do not have any greater joy than when my family is all together. Recently my son and I started going to the Lion's games on Sunday, I wasn't sure if he was going to like it at the age of six, but I've created a monster he wants to go every game. I extended the offer to my daughter but she prefers to go to "Libby Lu" for a makeover.

    I currently live in Algonac, what can I say - I love the water and getting a sun tan.    I also love to be on my boat fishing or relaxing down by the bay.  Over the years I have enjoyed spending time outdoors, riding my four wheeler, canoeing, camping, hunting, or going to my property up north. 
    I started in the Sales Business selling Kirby Vacuums door to door and eventually moved into the powersports business where I worked at Macomb Power Sports for nearly five years.  At the time Cash for Clunkers was going on, about two years ago, that is when I decided to start in the business of selling cars.

    A little bit about me: I was born in Michigan and I love fishing. I am married and have three children. I Started in this business at a large Metro Detroit Chrysler Jeep store, primarily because I like working with people. My favorite car of all-time is the 1968 Camaro because of it's body lines. My clients come back to me because I listen and understand. They know I live on a budget just like them.     I currently live in Emmett Michigan, (it is also where I was raised), and graduated from Yale High School. I speak fluent Romanian, and my parents migrated from Yugoslavia, although their nationality is Romanian. Both of my parents have worked in factories, (my dad for Thorn Apple Valley as a foreman and my mom an inspector at De-Sta-Co.) They came to the US in 1972 and I then was born in 1973. I am married to my soul-mate Jamie Sue and have a 4 year old son, Nathan Lee. In my spare time I enjoy snowmobiling and spending time with my family I began my career in the automotive business in 1989 when thru a co-op program I worked in the parts department at Hoggins & Liebler Ford in Yale. While going to SC4 in Port Huron, I continued as a car porter at Yale Ford & Chrysler then accepted a position with Yale as a new and used car consultant. In 2002, I decided to pursue self-employment and opened up the first Dollar Store in Yale. I kept my business for almost 4 years. I went back to car sales at Mt. Clemens Dodge and after 2 years decided to work closer to where my roots are and here I am at Richmond CDJ. I believe the Chrysler will become the Company of the future. The cars and trucks offered are my favorites. My job is not to only sell cars and trucks, but to make sure my customers needs are met at the same time. I am a well rounded individual with a vast amount of experience in the automotive business. I believe in honesty between myself and the customer.     I have been with Dick Huvaere's Richmond C/D/J for 3 years as the Finance manager. I joined the organization at a very exciting and challenging time. We were transitioning from a smaller volume store to what we currently are today, the #6 volume dealer in the NATION for the Chrysler Corporation. I am a 1996 graduate of Armada High School. Growing up 15 minutes from where I am now employed. My parents used to purchase their vehicles from Dick Huvaere's Richmond C/D/J. After graduation I continued my education at Ferris State University. I completed an associate degree in applied science of automotive technology and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive and Heavy Equipment Management. My background started as a technician where I still keep my ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) master certification status current. The service knowledge I possess adds a dimension to my ability to assist customers when reviewing and understanding extended service contracts. I excel at customer service and have a god granted talent for talking. That has aided me bringing superior car purchasing experience to Richmond C/D/J customers. I have a wife of 3 years Heidi who is precious to me, and two very fat cats and a dog. We currently reside in Yale. I have a love of the outdoors. I enjoy hunting and camping. My favorite past time is football. GO LIONS!! Before coming to Richmond Chrysler, I retired as Production Supervisor for 27 years for the Budd Company, Detroit plant. I was the first sales person to sell over 300 cars per year, and 95% of my sales are previous customers and referrals. I will always be only a cell call away. One of the lessons I've learned in this business is that your customers will be loyal to you if you are loyal to them.     I grew up in Richmond, graduating from Richmond High School, class of 1996. I recently purchased a new home in Memphis and feel fortunate that my mom, brother and nieces live nearby. When not at work or spending time with family and friends, I enjoy all sports, especially hunting. I am fast approaching my 12 year anniversary with Richmond Chrysler. As a college student, I began my automotive career working as a porter until July of 1998 when I was promoted to the sales department. I have maintained "Master Sales" status for the past 9 years. My most memorable achievement to date has been being named in the Top 50 Sales Consultants in the country. For that honor I earned a trip to Las Vegas, where I was given the opportunity to drive a NASCAR at the Vegas Speedway! When a customer comes to me, I feel it is my job to find the vehicle that best suits their wants and needs. Treating my customers with honesty and respect has resulted not only in repeat business, but customers feel comfortable referring me to their family and friends too.     I was raised in Warren, Michigan, and then moved to New Baltimore after high school. I speak very little Italian. My hobby is being out on the water and just about anything to do with the warm weather. I've been married for almost 18 years and we have a 14 year old daughter who is an honor roll student. My wife currently works in the radiology department at Mt. Clemens General. I am currently in the Elite Masters Sales. I began my automotive sales career in 1984 and have been with the same dealership for 23 years. I currently sell new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep products as well as used vehicles. We have product & customer training every year both online and off site. My job is to make sure that my customers are happy with their decision on what vehicle they pick & to make sure they made the right decision. My favorite vehicle is the Dodge RAM 1500 4x4 Quad Cab- Best vehicle for me to drive. Lots of room. Longevity is the key. I have been with Richmond Chrysler for almost 23 years, and people like to come back to the same sales person for ease of comfort and they know they can talk to me about anything. I have a very big referral business. Once a customer needed a certain van to travel with but had to have it the next day. I had to drive past Chicago to get it. I delivered the van right to his door step the next morning and he remains a customer to this day because of it.     I was born in Indianapolis, IN, have lived in Macomb, MI for the past 24 years.  Currently I reside in the City of  Saint Clair Shores and have been there for 3 years.   I enjoy hot weather vacation spots, and have traveled to  Jamaica, Mexico, Italy and recently South Padre, Texas. My hobbies include reading, ancient history, astronomy, and astrophysics.  Most of my family live in the Macomb County area,  but also I have ties in Florida, Wisconsin, and Italy.
     I have been with Dick Huvaere's Richmond since July of 2004 and am employed as a Sales Professional here with a 6 year Certification record.  My main duties consist of selling not only Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep products, but also the retail of a multitude of quality Pre-Owned vehicles as well.  When I originally started here I worked in our Lease Retention department, and as such I am familiar with the Better Way Lease process and enjoy sharing it with my guests.
    One of the main reasons that I have stayed with Richmond through the good and tough times is our staff.  Many of my customers say "Austin, why do you drive to Richmond instead of a local dealership to work?" or "Do you ever get tired of selling cars for a living?".  The answer is simply that this is the BEST place to do business when looking for a car.  Period.  I love the vehicles that I sell, and -more importantly-I enjoy the staff here.  I have learned many things over the past few years and will continue to do so.  I try my hardest to ensure that my customers have the same opportunity to learn the many things that I have that pertain to their own purchase.  Selecting a car and proceeding with a purchase should not be a chore.  It should be fun, exciting, and an EXPERIENCE.  I will guarantee that you will have a GREAT EXPERIENCE at our dealership!

    I have a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University majoring in business. I started my career in Automotive Marketing working with dealerships. I decided to switch over to sales after a few years. I enjoyed selling cars at a Dodge store for a few years but decided to move over to a large mortgage company and wrote mortgage loans. After 5 years, I decided to return to the car business and joined the sales team at Huvaere's where we carry the complete line of Chrysler products. Many are afraid to walk onto a dealership.     I have been married to my husband Brian for 26 years.  I have two great kids.  Jackie who is 23 will graduate from Michigan State University May 6, 2011.  Joshua who is 19,  also works in the Automotive industry.

    I have been a local resident of Richmond all of my life.  My family has all maintained residence near by.  My memorable years of education were spent in the Richmond District.  After graduation in 1984 from R.H.S., I moved on my own and completed business courses at MCC.
    I spent about eight years in the insurance field.  I started out at Richmond Insurance Center, moved over to Farm Bureau Insurance and later State Farm Insurance, all in the Richmond area.  After having my first baby boy I went to Dorsey Business School and completed the three year certification as a Legal Administrator.  As a Business Administrator, I started for Motor City Electric.  I joined fifty five other workers in carrying the American Flag onto the field of Comerica Park on opening day. 
    At the age of thirty five I had my second baby boy and went back to my early days of  being a waitress and bar-tending.  I spent the best time of that career managing  the local J.J. Knapp's Tavern.  Working with the public and the endless means of meeting so many people was the greatest benefit of that career choice.  Ready to start something new I completed a course at Blue Water Cosmetology.
    My new husband of four years, Steven Socia, a friend for over twenty years, has brought much happiness to my life and the lives of my two beautiful boys, nine and twenty one.  We spend family time playing football, basketball, baseball, and keeping the ball from the dogs.  We enjoy canoeing the Belle River, fishing, and taking short trips to our cabin in Harrison, Michigan.  My husband and I are members of the Richmond Moose Lodge, sponsors of Moose Heart and Moose Heaven (misplaced children and Senior Citizens).
    Richmond is a wonderful city and although it has grown rather rapidly, I am proud to be part of this peaceful and safe place.
    Being a people person and all of my past endeavors has credited to my position here at Dick Huvaere's.  I look forward to growing with this company.

    I grew up in Roseville Michigan and graduated from Roseville High School in 1990.  I have been married to my wonderful wife Stephannie for 7 years and we have two great children.  Mackenzie (10) and Sebastian (5).   I love coaching my daughter's softball team and have done so for the past 5 years.  She also loves soccer. My son is a great daddy's little helper and loves helping me around the yard; which I love.  I can't forget our great dane dozer who is a great dog and part of our family.

    I have lived in Richmond since 1979 but grew up in Mt. Clemens. My husband and I have 4 daughters, 5 grandchildren (one more due in December) and our dog Daisy. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with a book and camping. I also bowl on a league and recently took up golf! In the past I owned my own business. I enjoyed dealing with people. My automobile career began when an opportunity was offered to me as a sales assistant here at Richmond CDJ but after 5 years, I decided to commit to a full time position as a sales consultant. If I had to choose a favorite vehicle, it would be between the Dodge Durango and my current vehicle which is a Pacifica- The Durango has a great ride and towing capacity. The Pacifica has great features like the backup camera and navigation (I'm bad with directions). We all appreciate being treated with respect and that is # 1 with each customer I meet. I understand that purchasing or leasing a car is a big step for most and I do my best to reach all of the goals that my customers are trying to achieve.     I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters.  I worked in heating and cooling for about 15 years, 5 of those years were in Sales.  My hobbies are hunting, fishing, bowling, and the newest is golf.
    I have been with Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep for three years.  I started off as a lot coordinator and washing cars and worked my way up.  I have now been in Sales for 1 1/2 years and look forward to many more.  My friends and co-workers refer to me as being laid back and a people person.  I try to make purchasing a car a enjoyable experience.

    I was born in Stuttgart, Germany.  We moved to Michigan when I was six years old.  I grew up in St. Clair Shores.  After attending college in California, I lived in Texas before returning to Michigan.  When I am not at work you will find me on the golf course.
