In 1983, Richard Huvaere acquired the interests of Chris VonWormer and renamed it Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler / Plymouth / Dodge.
I have lived in Macomb County most of my life. I graduated from L'Anse Cruise Schools and pursued my higher education at Ferris State University, and ended my college career at Northwood University from which I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Marketing/Management. I have worked for Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep since 1990 as a salesperson and was promoted to New Car Sales Manager. I've been married for 14 years to a fantastic person and have three very unique and wonderful daughters. When I am not at work, you can find me up north at my property. I am an avid hunter so during the fall my only past time is deer hunting. I have seen the dealership come a very long way. When I first started as Sales Manager, we did 35-40 cars a month. Our first milestone was to do over 100, this past March 2006 we sold 625 cars, and are the number #3 dealership in the Great Lakes Business Center, and we rank 6th in the nation overall. We have a well rounded sales staff. When you come here to buy a vehicle you will get a good deal for a fair price and our sales personnel is among the best when it comes to knowing product. We will take care of you the customer to help you get the vehicle that you want. Come and find out why 86% of Chrysler employees call Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep "their" dealership
My name is Augustino (Augie) Giordano. I have been with Richmond Chrysler since 1998. I have basically "grown up" in my professional career at this dealership. In 1998, I started in the New/Used Car Sales Department as a salesperson, within eighteen months I was promoted to the position of Finance Manager where I spent the next five years. During my tenure as Finance Manager I really enjoyed the daily interaction with our clients. I was able to develop not only a good sales relationship with our clients, but in many cases good friendships that continue to this day. In 2004, I was asked to perform the job of Assistant New Car Manager which was required due to our increased sales volume. I grew up in St. Clair Shores and am a graduate of Lake Shore High School. During high school I was very active in sports; by the time I graduated I earned twelve varsity letters in various sports. I continued my education and my love of football at Adrian College. In 2000 I was married to my wonderful wife, soon our five year plan for children turned into a five month plan. I now have a fabulous son and daughter which I rush home after work to see. I spend all of my free time with my family; I do not have any greater joy than when my family is all together. Recently my son and I started going to the Lion's games on Sunday, I wasn't sure if he was going to like it at the age of six, but I've created a monster he wants to go every game. I extended the offer to my daughter but she prefers to go to "Libby Lu" for a makeover.
I was born in Indianapolis, IN, have lived in Macomb, MI for the past 20 years, just purchased a house in Saint Clair Shores. I enjoy hot weather during my vacations, having traveled to various states in the Eastern United States, and have had the opportunity to visit Mexico, Jamaica, and recently Italy. My hobbies include reading, computers, astronomy, and astrophysics. I am the oldest of five children (one brother, two younger sisters, and one stepsister). Most of my family live in the Macomb Twp. Area, although I have some ties in Florida, Wisconsin, and Italy. I have two dogs and two cats, and they are all overweight (the animals, not my family). I am currently one of our Internet New and Used Car Sales Consultants. I have been certified for my 3 year sales history with Chrysler Corporation. I sell Chrysler Dodge, and Jeep products as our franchise states, and I also sell a multitude of used products as well. After some college I was employed in sales for a few years and then had the opportunity to join our great sales team here at Richmond, and have been with the company since July 2004. My main job duties consist of retailing and leasing new and used cars to our large customer base. I originally started in our Lease Retention Department, and have learned the Betterway Lease Program and enjoy sharing it with our customers. I am familiar with all aspects of Chrysler lease vehicles and their leasing process. My favorite vehicle that we offer is the Chrysler Pacifica. It has such a large range of equipment and options, and comes very well equipped with standard features. This is a great crossover for customers that want family vehicle utility without getting a minivan or large SUV. Even with the full 6 passengers in the car, the cabin is roomy and the ride is smooth both on the highway and in city driving. Driving a loaded Pacifica stands out in a crowd. I would have to say that one of my qualities that makes life easy for my customers is that I take a personal interest in making sure that they are leaving the store in a better situation than they started. It is my personal goal to have a positive impact on not only my customers' buying experience while they are here, but also after they have left my company. I have the opportunity to learn every single day from this business, and I enjoy passing that knowledge on to my customers for their benefit. In this business it is very easy to become rushed and to miss essential details. I try my hardest to ensure that all of my customers have the same opportunities to learn about all aspects of their buying/leasing experience. Every day offers something interesting. One of the most important highlights of my career is working with our staff here at Richmond. I have learned much from them over the past few years, and will continue to do so. I have come a long way from when I started and this is attributed to cooperation with co-workers and the general helpful attitude that our employees have. I try to stay in constant verbal contact with all of my customers. I want everyone to understand that I am available at any time to make sure that a minor problem does not turn into a full blown natural disaster. I have learned that listening is very important, whether you are at your place of business or otherwise. If you can interpret what someone needs and wants, you will be able to communicate much more effectively with that person. Be prepared when shopping for a vehicle. This is typically the second largest purchase or investment that a person makes during their lifetime, and it can happen as frequently as every 24 months or even sooner. The more information that I have available to me as a salesperson, the better I can do my job, and that means a better experience for my customers. Some questions I would ask myself to better prepare for looking at new vehicles: what type of vehicle do I want? What type of budget have I set aside for both a new car payment and money down? Are there any credit concerns that could affect my purchase/lease? What is the most important aspect of the vehicle's equipment that will suit my family's needs?
I grew up in Richmond, graduating from Richmond High School, class of 1996. I recently purchased a new home in Memphis and feel fortunate that my mom, brother and nieces live nearby. When not at work or spending time with family and friends, I enjoy all sports, especially hunting. I am fast approaching my 12 year anniversary with Richmond Chrysler. As a college student, I began my automotive career working as a porter until July of 1998 when I was promoted to the sales department. I have maintained "Master Sales" status for the past 9 years. My most memorable achievement to date has been being named in the Top 50 Sales Consultants in the country. For that honor I earned a trip to Las Vegas, where I was given the opportunity to drive a NASCAR at the Vegas Speedway! When a customer comes to me, I feel it is my job to find the vehicle that best suits their wants and needs. Treating my customers with honesty and respect has resulted not only in repeat business, but customers feel comfortable referring me to their family and friends too. I'm proud to say that virtually all of my business is either repeat customers or referrals and I remain a top salesman. Any concerns my customers have are handled with my immediate attention.
I grew up on Detroit's East Side, and I attended St. Raymond's grade school and Notre Dame High School where I was very active in sports. I've been happily married for 13 years to my best friend and wife, Grace. We have two beautiful girls, Geena (11 yrs.) and Marina (9 yrs.). We also have 2 Brittany pups, Lucky & Nelli. I'm certified in both sales and finance. Sales Master Elite in sales and Platinum manager of Distinction in Finance. Currently I'm back in sales where my heart is with my customer base since June of 2000. I work in both new and previously owned Chrysler certified vehicles. The Chrysler Town & Country/Dodge Caravan is my favorite vehicle. Simply put, it's the most practical vehicle known to man. It's spacious, has stow-n-Go seating and for it's size it gets great fuel economy. It sits high and is easy to drive. I help my customers to be #1 by listening. God gave us 2 ears and one mouth so: Listen to your customer's wants & needs, then address them. #2 Be honest, sincere, & respectful. #3 Treat people the way you would want to be treated. My clients come to me because they'll get the best price and will be treated like family. Here's an interesting highlight of my career. It was a hot summer night in 2001, the dealership was closed. On my way out of the dealership I noticed a woman in our lot by service. Her car had overheated so I gave her a ride home. She was overwhelmed that I went out of my way to help. My clients expect and receive good follow-up & service after the sale. My advice to potential new clients: Never judge a book by the cover. There's a reason we're #6 in the nation. Come in and find out why.
Detroit was my home until moving to Sterling Heights. I stay active in the community thru coaching and athletics. I enjoy mountain bike riding at Stoney Creek, along with enjoy rollerblading and golfing. I am married with four children, two of which are in college, and two in junior high school. I stay busy with their academics and sporting activities. Spending time together watching movies, (and also most importantly watching football on Sundays) are also part of my favorite pastimes. I sell new and pre-owned cars here at Richmond. I have been in the sales business for 20 years and certified for the better part of 15 years. I have attained Gold and Master status through customer satisfaction and overall sales volume, averaging 290+ cars per year. If you should ask about my favorite vehicle, I have to say hands down, the Chrysler Town and Country. I have been driving Chrysler minivans for the past 22 years. This vehicle accommodates my family perfectly, and it is the most versatile vehicle overall. When I deal with customers, honesty and integrity are the most important traits to me. You cannot put a price tag on character, and I uphold high standards with everyone that I speak with. These are some of the reasons why I have been blessed with a successful career. What is great about my job is that I have had the opportunity to meet some of the finest people that I could ever have imagined, both in the form of customers and co-workers. Human interaction is the heart and soul of this business. It gives me great satisfaction when a customer comes to pick up their new vehicle and they are as excited as I am. Great follow-up and service after the sale is important. This is also one of the main reasons why I have so many returning customers and referrals. My customers know that they can reach me at any time. I believe that conducting business on a personal level through real world experiences, coupled with honesty and integrity with all involved parties, makes the buying experience more enjoyable and satisfying. Contact me anytime and I will assist you with either the car leasing or purchasing experience!
I was raised in Warren, Michigan, and then moved to New Baltimore after high school. I speak very little Italian. My hobby is being out on the water and just about anything to do with the warm weather. I've been married for almost 18 years and we have a 14 year old daughter who is an honor roll student. My wife currently works in the radiology department at Mt. Clemens General. I am currently in the Elite Masters Sales. I began my automotive sales career in 1984 and have been with the same dealership for 23 years. I currently sell new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep products as well as used vehicles. We have product & customer training every year both online and off site. My job is to make sure that my customers are happy with their decision on what vehicle they pick & to make sure they made the right decision. My favorite vehicle is the Dodge RAM 1500 4x4 Quad Cab- Best vehicle for me to drive. Lots of room. Longevity is the key. I have been with Richmond Chrysler for almost 23 years, and people like to come back to the same sales person for ease of comfort and they know they can talk to me about anything. I have a very big referral business. Once a customer needed a certain van to travel with but had to have it the next day. I had to drive past Chicago to get it. I delivered the van right to his door step the next morning and he remains a customer to this day because of it. As one of my customers, you can expect my being here for you after the sale and for any questions they may have down the road. I will always be straight forward with my customers because they know if you are not telling the truth. Come & see me and I'll take the best care of you. Just ask my customers.
I Grew up in Southgate, Michigan, and I have been married 42 years. I have 3 children and 9 grandchildren. I am certified Sales Master Elite for last 4 years, Sales Master 3 years before that, Sales Gold Certified 3 years before that and Silver first year in sales. Before coming to Richmond Chrysler, I retired as Production Supervisor for 27 years for the Budd Company, Detroit plant. I can help my new customers better than other salesmen because I care about my customers and because of my excellent reputation. I was the first sales person to sell over 300 cars per year, and 95% of my sales are previous customers and referrals. I will always be only a cell call away. One of the lessons I've learned in this business is that your customers will be loyal to you if you are loyal to them. I will never sell a car to a customer if I know that they would get a better deal from someone else. Don't shop by phone. Don't rush in for the best price only. Purchase or lease a new car that you want to drive and enjoy driving. One that's safe and meets your needs.
I have lived in Richmond since 1979 but grew up in Mt. Clemens. My husband and I have 4 daughters, 5 grandchildren (one more due in December) and our dog Daisy. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with a book and camping. I also bowl on a league and recently took up golf! In the past I owned my own business. I enjoyed dealing with people. My automobile career began when an opportunity was offered to me as a sales assistant here at Richmond CDJ but after 5 years, I decided to commit to a full time position as a sales consultant. If I had to choose a favorite vehicle, it would be between the Dodge Durango and my current vehicle which is a Pacifica- The Durango has a great ride and towing capacity. The Pacifica has great features like the backup camera and navigation (I'm bad with directions). We all appreciate being treated with respect and that is # 1 with each customer I meet. I understand that purchasing or leasing a car is a big step for most and I do my best to reach all of the goals that my customers are trying to achieve. Stop in and see why I have been in the top 5 in sales volume and have been Elite Certified for 4 years of 4!
I currently live in Emmett Michigan, (it is also where I was raised), and graduated from Yale High School. I speak fluent Romanian, and my parents migrated from Yugoslavia, although their nationality is Romanian. Both of my parents have worked in factories, (my dad for Thorn Apple Valley as a foreman and my mom an inspector at De-Sta-Co.) They came to the US in 1972 and I then was born in 1973. I am married to my soul-mate Jamie Sue and have a 4 year old son, Nathan Lee. In my spare time I enjoy snowmobiling and spending time with my family I began my career in the automotive business in 1989 when thru a co-op program I worked in the parts department at Hoggins & Liebler Ford in Yale. While going to SC4 in Port Huron, I continued as a car porter at Yale Ford & Chrysler then accepted a position with Yale as a new and used car consultant. In 2002, I decided to pursue self-employment and opened up the first Dollar Store in Yale. I kept my business for almost 4 years. I went back to car sales at Mt. Clemens Dodge and after 2 years decided to work closer to where my roots are and here I am at Richmond CDJ. I believe the Chrysler will become the Company of the future. The cars and trucks offered are my favorites. My job is not to only sell cars and trucks, but to make sure my customers needs are met at the same time. I am a well rounded individual with a vast amount of experience in the automotive business. I believe in honesty between myself and the customer. Thru my experience, I have learned to never pre-judge a customer-treat everyone with the same high standards . Call, e-mail or stop by to see me - I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
I grew on the east side of Detroit near Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods. I attended high school at Denby for one year and then Graduated from Harper Woods - Class of '86. I am the youngest of 8. Growing up in a large family was a great experience since I was able to learn from my family. There was not much that I did that another family member has not already done and could give advice on. That saved a lot of trial and error time. Oh yeah, it was great to have all of the hand-me-downs and to be able to drive my brother's and sister's cars to high school all of the time. My parents have taught me to take pride in my work and to give it my all. There is no better feeling to me than to have someone say that I have done a great job. I married my wife Tricia in August of 2000. I have the utmost respect for her because she is a sincere and caring person who is always thinking of others. I think of myself as a very lucky man! Some of my hobbies are: home remodeling, woodworking, riding dirt bikes, road racing street bikes (on the track only), snowmobiles, classic cars, boating, skiing and just having fun with my family and friends.
I have a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University majoring in business. I started my career in Automotive Marketing working with dealerships. I decided to switch over to sales after a few years. I enjoyed selling cars at a Dodge store for a few years but decided to move over to a large mortgage company and wrote mortgage loans. After 5 years, I decided to return to the car business and joined the sales team at Huvaere's where we carry the complete line of Chrysler products. Many are afraid to walk onto a dealership. I can exceed your expectations. Your car experience will be a relaxing one! I maintain that you treat someone the way you want to be treated! If you have and questions or concern, I am only a phone call away. The best advice I can offer is not to let payment or price be the deciding factor in your vehicle choice.
I am a native Michigander who has lived in the UP, Northern Michigan, and the Detroit Metro Area. For the past 15 year I have lived in Rochester, however, my business career has taken me to Southern California, Florida, and Wisconsin. I take advantage of Michigan's Outdoors. I am a fly-fishing instructor and spend the summer fishing most of the streams in the State. Fall is grouse and woodcock season and I try to hunt as much as time permits. No doubt my favorite, all time, vehicle is the Jeep Wrangler. My family started in the automotive business in 1922 when my grandfather purchased his first Chevrolet dealership. After a career in medical and computer sales, I entered the automotive business at Richmond Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep. I feel that leasing or purchasing a new or used vehicle is a relative simple two-step process. First, you have to find the right vehicle that you want to drive for the next two to ten years. Next, you have to find the financial arrangements that make sense to you. It is my job to assist my customers in this process, making sure they are 100% satisfied with their decision. I believe that true customer relationships are built after the sale. Many of my customers have referred their family members and friends. I am available just as much after the sale as before.
I grew up in St. Clair Shores, MI and 30 years ago married the girl across the street. We now live in Harrison Twp., with our daughter who currently attends college. My wife and I have been boaters for 29 years, and weekends in the summer you will find me in Muscamoot Bay. I've been in sales for 12 years and receive formal training from Daimler Chrysler each year., achieving Sales Master Elite status with a 98% customer satisfaction rating. Working at a Dodge store for 9 years, right now my favorite vehicle is anything with a HEMI in it! Excellent customer service is of the utmost importance to me. Honesty, integrity, and knowledge all count in helping my customers get the car or truck that's right for them. People return to me to get a good deal and to buy from someone they can trust. One of the highlights of my career has been winning a Daimler Chrysler sponsored trip to Las Vegas. Call me if you have any questions or need help, I'll be here for you. The most important lesson I've learned in my career is to treat people with respect. By doing so, as well as giving them a good deal, you will be a customer for life.
I grew up in the city of Mount Clemens. Graduated class of '95 from L'Anse Cruese High School North. I am a single mother of a wonderful son by the name of Anthony and daughter Bryanna I have one older sister and two younger brothers. I started out as a switchboard operator and eventually got into selling vehicles in 2004.At Richmond Chrysler,I worked in the Internet New Car Sales Department and recently took on the position of F&I Assistant. My favorite vehicle would be the Grand Cherokee. I love the new design of the Grand Cherokee. It suits the needs for my children and me. I will go that extra mile! My customer's happiness and satisfaction is my number one goal. I definitely try to make the experience enjoyable and memorable. Interesting highlights of my career happen year round. When I sell a vehicle and the customer is satisfied and happy, those are highlights of my career. Great service! I want my customer to know that they can come to me if they have any problems or concerns with any of our departments. The biggest thing that I have learned is to be upfront and honest. Also a customer will remember you if they have had a great experience in the past. Make sure you are comfortable and happy with the vehicle you are purchasing! Here at Dick Huvaere's customer satisfaction is our number one goal! We most definitely will make sure of it that you are satisfied.
A little bit about me: I was born in Michigan and I love fishing. I am married and have three children. I Started in this business at a large Metro Detroit Chrysler Jeep store, primarily because I like working with people. I have achieved all Sales Awards and training available in every step of my career. I have been a new & used car sales professional for 14 years collectively, and have been with Richmond Chrysler since 10-7-05. My favorite car of all-time is the 1968 Camaro because of it's body lines. My clients come back to me because I listen and understand. They know I live on a budget just like them. My repeat & referral business is amazing. I believe it's trust, and I hate playing games. I'm just a regular guy, so if you need me for anything, I'm here for you. I ask all my customers to please take the time to understand the vehicle you intend on buying. Price is important but you don't drive price, you drive an automobile.
I have lived in the city of Richmond for 21 years, and I have been married to my wife Monique for 14 years. We have 2 children, Alicia (age 17) and Ashley (age 14). Alicia is heading to Central Michigan University in the fall. Ashley will be a freshman in high school. I sell Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep. I actually got started in the home improvement industry selling windows, siding and roofs. I feel it's important to walk the customer through the process of taking delivery on a new or used vehicle. Make sure that they are educated on what vehicles are available to them and to make sure I put them in the car that best fits their needs. My favorite vehicle is the Chrysler 300C because it has all the power you will ever need and also is very classy. We have first class training in all aspects of the car industry. We are constantly being updated on new products and programs. This will always keep us ahead of the competition. I will always be honest with the customer regardless of what answer they are looking for. Sometimes it might not always be what you want to hear but you can take solace in the fact that it's honest and true. If I don't know the answer to something, I will find somebody who does. As weird as this may sound, I think it's really cool that I get to work right here in my hometown. I will follow up with them after the sale. I will try to satisfy the customer's needs to the best of my ability. After all, I want you to come back and get your next vehicle from me. I've learned that most people really do not like coming into a car dealership. They're nervous and are unsure of what to expect. My job is to try and make them feel comfortable with the decisions they make so they go away feeling good. Relax. Try to make buying a car a fun experience. Driving a new car is an exciting thing to do. Have fun!
I grew up in Richmond and currently reside in Armada with my wife Andrea and my two girls, ages 6 and 8. Both love living in the country. We moved to Armada one year ago and it has been a wonderful change from the city life. I have worked in sales for the past 10 years and enjoy working one on one with my customers. I started working at Dick Huvaere's in February 2008. It is a great place to work and I am so grateful to help my customers with purchasing or leasing a new vehicle that best fits their needs. I look forward to helping you with your next purchased or leased vehicle!
I have been with Dick Huvaere's Richmond C/D/J for 3 years as the Finance manager. I joined the organization at a very exciting and challenging time. We were transitioning from a smaller volume store to what we currently are today, the #6 volume dealer in the NATION for the Chrysler Corporation. I am a 1996 graduate of Armada High School. Growing up 15 minutes from where I am now employed. My parents used to purchase their vehicles from Dick Huvaere's Richmond C/D/J. After graduation I continued my education at Ferris State University. I completed an associate degree in applied science of automotive technology and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive and Heavy Equipment Management. My background started as a technician where I still keep my ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) master certification status current. The service knowledge I possess adds a dimension to my ability to assist customers when reviewing and understanding extended service contracts. I excel at customer service and have a god granted talent for talking. That has aided me bringing superior car purchasing experience to Richmond C/D/J customers. I have a wife of 3 years Heidi who is precious to me, and two very fat cats and a dog. We currently reside in Yale. I have a love of the outdoors. I enjoy hunting and camping. My favorite past time is football. GO LIONS!! To any of our valued customers that may read this, I was blessed to find an organization in a small community that has the same customer service view that I do, and the desire to continue to grow in business and the community. Thanks for your continued business and I look forward to helping you finance a vehicle in the future.
I started selling Chryslers in 1985 and have been handling the financing needs of customers since 1987. Those years of experience are helpful when a customer needs my help in getting approved for a lease or loan. It gives me great pleasure to see someone smiling from ear to ear as they get the keys to their new vehicle after I've helped them get their financing approved. With all the changes Chrysler has been through, I'm genuinely excited about our products today. I live in Chesterfield with Melody, the love of my life, and her two sons (11 and 13 years old). I also have a 13 year old son and a 7 year old daughter who mean everything to me. As an avid fan of all major sports- both watching and playing- I look forward to the day when I break 80 in golf. Music also plays a big part in my life. Even though I love the car business, if given the chance, I would have liked to be a rock star. I play guitar and I have an expansive CD collection of all different types of music. Bring on the music trivia! Hopefully you'll come in and get a new car from us and we'll get the chance to meet. See you then!
I grew up on a small farm in the village of Avoca with a hard working European family. I graduated from Yale High School . I have been married to my high school sweetheart Bonnie for 15 yrs. We are raising our two boys to be the best young men possible. As a family we enjoy raising rare breed pigeons, hunting & fishing.
I have been in the people business since I can remember through various business ventures. I started in car sales in 2006 at Mt. Clemens Dodge. From day one I have strived to be at the top of my game focusing on customer satisfaction. In my book customers always come first. I achieved elite status through Chrysler for each year I have been in sales. My goal is to work at the top dealership in the country- Dick Huvaere's Richmond Chrysler Dodge Jeep . I am proud to be part of the team.
