Chrysler Pacifica Performance

Chrysler Pacifica PerformanceThe 2021 Chrysler Pacifica comes with a 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine that generates 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. With that kind of performance it offers plenty of oomph for around-town driving and highway hauls.

For passenger comfort, the Pacifica has an absorbent suspension that glides over road imperfections. The cushioned ride quality is supported by minimal body roll, so the Pacifica won’t be jostled by turns and curves. Suitably equipped, the Pacifica can tow up to 3,600 pounds.

Chrysler Pacifica Interior

Chrysler Pacifica InteriorIn its standard configuration, the Pacifica can seat up to eight people in three rows of seats. If you choose the second-row captain’s chairs, the capacity is reduced to seven, but you’ll have a convenient center aisle.

In all three rows, passengers enjoy ample headroom and legroom to stretch out and relax on the drive. Cloth upholstery is standard, but leather or premium Nappa leather, heated seats, ventilated seats, and power-adjustable seats are available.

The cargo hold of the Pacifica offers 32.3 cubic feet of room behind the third row. With the seats folded down, that space expands to 87.5 cubic feet behind the second row and 140.5 cubic feet behind the first row.

The Pacifica also has Stow ‘n Go seats, which fold into the floor easily instead of having to be removed, and an available power-folding third-row bench seat. A hands-free power-sliding rear door is also available.

Chrysler Pacifica Technology and Safety

Chrysler Pacifica TechnologyThe 2021 Chrysler Pacifica arrives with a Uconnect® infotainment system that utilizes a 10.1-inch touchscreen and Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ for media on the go. HD Radio™, SiriusXM® satellite radio, and Amazon Alexa compatibility are also available.

Some other optional features include navigation, a premium Alpine® or Harman Kardon® stereo system, an overhead DVD player, wireless device charging, and a Wi-Fi hot spot. For the kids, you can choose the dual-screen rear-seat entertainment system and the FamCAM, a camera that displays the rear seats so you can keep tabs on them.

Several safety features are standard for the Pacifica, including a rearview camera, rear parking sensors, and LaneSense® Lane Departure Warning with lane Keep Assist, a feature that notifies you if you wander out of your lane. Pedestrian Automatic Emergency Braking is also standard, which applies the brakes when it detects a possible collision. Front parking sensors, perpendicular and parallel park assist, and a surround-view parking camera are also available.
