The dealership is clean, staff is friendly and we go here because of Sam Catanzaro. Sam is very knowledgeable and really listens to help us find and understand what is best for our needs. We have gone to Sam with our last 7 vehicles and will continue to go back as he has never steered us wrong. Dick Huvaeres CJR is a fantastic dealership not only in sales but in service. Since they built a new, larger facility they have the latest diagnostic equipment. This is not only helpful with today's cars and trucks but also vehicles from the past. My wife and I enjoy visiting our salesman, Ryan T, when we have our Jeeps serviced. We bought a 2023 Pacifica from this dealership. Despite being new, our salesperson Jasmine, was very poised and professional. We would highly recommend her! The dealership also went out of their way to make sure we got our vehicle. I spoke with Kane K in the used car sales department about purchasing a vehicle from out of state. He confirmed that was possible, and we began discussing the vehicle, including the warranty, shipping, available coverages, and my trade-in. Had a bearing noise in rear axle assy. Turned out to be the pinion bearing. There was microscopic debris through out the assembly. After a thorough cleaning a new bearing was installed. Although it took a week to fix, the result is excellent. So, I was told I'm good for another 200,000 miles !

The dealership was very helpful. But when I rented a car, it should have had gas in it and not waited 20 minutes for it. I had to wait 10 minutes for my car to get washed. They told me that my car would be done in 3 to 5 days, so I got gas in the rented car, it cost me $45.00 to put gas in, then 2 days my car was ready. So the rented car had a full tank.

Wrangler was completed in an acceptable amount of time. Their waiting room was comfortable and also offered free coffee drinks. Also, they had a lot of great jeep merchandise available.
